The average individual’s definition of “relaxing” after a long day at work is coming home and watching TV. I see a problem with this, because the first thing you look forward to after spending the whole day producing for someone else, is to now consume from someone else.
Retreating to entertainment media for leisure is actually increasing the total length of time you are passive throughout the day.
What parts of the day are you experiencing something solely derived from you?
If you truly wanted to relax, you could work out, stretch, meditate, or just go to sleep.
But if you can still keep your eyes open, then you can still work.
I know someone who claimed they wanted to get back into their old artistic passion, and decided to wake up at 5 AM in an effort to create space for this new habit.
They never once woke up to do this. The weekend passed and it was back to the same old eat-dinner-and-TV routine right after work.
Why did this person fail? Because they saw the time spent “unwinding” with entertainment media as a necessity, and didn’t register at all that this was the exact old habit that had to be sacrificed to create space for the new habit they desired.
I don’t think entertainment media is all bad. I am a fiction writer and would love to contribute to the industry one day. But lately I haven’t felt the juice for that type of creative work, and it’s most likely because I’m not immersing myself in that type of environment right now.
This is why I said Consume Only What You Intend To Create; If you want to make movies, by all means, watch movies! But if you’re not going to work on your script, or at least write a movie review about it afterwards, then seriously, you’re just masturbating.
“Energy Flows Where Attention Goes” – Tony Robbins
We need to stop putting our energy towards things that are going to result in dead-ends.
You have to be even more mindful about what you consume especially if you are an artist or entrepreneur, because of your easily stimulated imagination. Hardly anything is a true dead-end because you can extract some artistic value or a business idea from almost anything. But this sort of behavior can spread yourself thin.
And you know the exact type of people I’m talking about; the ones that always have a brilliant new idea and plans, but never actually produce anything in the long run.
It’s because they have not allowed that space for themselves to create, and are most likely filling up their time with passive, unfruitful garbage.
I could even extend this idea to MGTOW. If a man has already identified that he will not extend any long-term commitments to any woman, then there is truly nothing of lasting value that can be created through your relationships with women. Short-term dating thus becomes another form of cheap entertainment.
So, finally, Creativity Is Leisure.
After I’m done working, heck, even between breaks, I’m at my blog site and drafting a new article to publish. And now, editing videos! (Here’s my first one). It’s only when my laptop finally dies and is recharging that I can turn on YouTube or read some articles on mobile to enjoy other creatives that have common interests.
I think I just began to realize that with all the media I consumed over the years I have very little to actually show for it. But by becoming a content creator myself, I can develop my own personal media library, and have something to contribute alongside the other creatives I’m inspired by.
I’m always thinking about what skill or content I can offer to a community.
There’s no reason why we have to always sit on the sidelines and be spectators; Always the worker and never the boss. We should all have an opportunity to express ourselves and have our own voice.
Creativity is Leisure simply because working for yourself, and expressing yourself, should always be the most fun. Even in your passive state, your antennas should always be up looking for the next point of inspiration.
If you want to relax, go to sleep, so you can have more energy to do the important work the next day.
But if your eyes are still open, see yourself through greatness, and not through the reflection of a screen.
And I’ll SEE YOU on the Far Side, my friend — Monk Moon Base

I can recall a lecture from Sadhguru where a student had asked for advice on maintaining his spiritual practice while back home with his distracting family members.
Sadhguru answered, in short, that your spirituality should never be so fragile.
“It is the power of the mind to be unconquerable.” – Seneca
I started to come to this knowledge during my own health journey, as I’m approaching three weeks of my Anti-Candida version of the Keto Diet, and also eating only one-meal-a-day to set the difficulty rating on Hardcore mode.
I have failed many times in the past, and I had considered quitting entirely on several occasions, stating that until I moved away into my own place, I would never be able to avoid giving in to the off-menu items my other housemates regularly consume.
I was giving myself an excuse to be mediocre until I was handed the opportunity to be great.
What nonsense. You can’t blame people or your environment for your failures.
When I finally reach my goal weight, I would have been the only person to have done it for myself. Likewise, I was the only person responsible for gaining all the weight to begin with. No one else ate the food for me, and no one else could lose it for me either.
Seeing yourself as separate from your environment is a tool for Self-Mastery, as where you are and who you are with will never become a reason to compromise on your principles.
Your environment slowly becomes only yourself, and your abilities, focusing only on the things within your control. And the most immediate thing you can change, in any environment, is yourself and your opinions on the matter.
The bag of chips on the counter; the fresh brewed coffee in the kitchen; the donuts out on the table; if none of them align with your own personal values, then they do not become part of your ecosystem; They simply belong to someone else.
You don’t just pull clothes off mannequins and electronics off shelves at stores; there are boundaries in place that we respect. In turn, you must build your own personal boundaries out of self-respect for yourself.
It takes too much effort to change your environment anyway, as it is far too rigid with too many authors attached to it. Conversely, relying on your environment to help you produce results is also unwise as it can prove unpredictable with the amount of variables that are able to run through it.
You should treat everything around you in this life as a total accident, but what you choose to create and consume are complete deliberate actions.
Where you are right now is exactly where you need to be, because you’re not actually here anyway.
You’re always here. Right here. In your mind!
“Remember that the ruling faculty is invincible, when self-collected it is satisfied with itself, if it does nothing which it does not choose to do, even if it resist from mere obstinacy. What then will it be when it forms a judgment about anything aided by reason and deliberately? Therefore the mind which is free from passions is a citadel, for man has nothing more secure to which he can fly for refuge and for the future be inexpugnable. He then who has not seen this is an ignorant man; but he who has seen it and does not fly to this refuge is unhappy.”

Warren Buffett, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway and third wealthiest person in the world, celebrated his 89th birth day in August with McDonald’s for breakfast, ice cream for lunch, and candies and Coca-Cola all around.
Oh, wait, no. That’s just his average every day diet.
Buffett is notorious for literally putting his money where his mouth is, as he has purchased both See’s Candies and the Dairy Queen franchise all because they were his go-to snack foods.
“I checked the actuarial tables, and the lowest death rate is among six-year-olds. So I decided to eat like a six-year-old. It’s the safest course I can take.” – Warren Buffet
It could be a rare case of superior genetics that allows his body to break down the high-salt and high-sugar diet to keep him happily skipping well above the US average life span.
But it’s also likely that it is merely the reduction of stress on Buffett’s part that is not inhibiting his metabolism. Even though all his assets rank at Top 3 in wealth in the world, Buffet still keeps things simple, using coupons to buy lunch for Bill Gates, and still living in the same house he bought at 28 years old in his hometown.
“My life couldn’t be happier. In fact, it’d be worse if I had six or eight houses. So, I have everything I need to have, and I don’t need any more.” – Warren Buffet.2014 Shareholders Meeting
It appears Buffett makes money just for the hell of it, but he has clearly checked off all of the boxes on Maslow’s Hierarchy, and a minimalist mindset only maximizes the enjoyment of the bigger expenses he can make on his billionaire budget.
Surely, you may think Buffett could drop dead any day now, but Richard Overton, who was America’s oldest war veteran, living up to 112 years, was notorious for smoking a dozen cigars and drinking whiskey on his porch daily, and capping the night off with ice cream.
It seems ever since the Government got involved with dietary standards, people have been getting sicker, with obesity, heart disease, and cancers running wild.
This has led to a Wild West in the health and dieting world. But while the Vegans and Carnivores are at each other’s throats, and everyone in between are claiming to be the best diet for health and longevity, more and more of these quirky elders and centenarians are showing up defying the odds with their “whatever you want” dietary plans.
It truly begs the question if a healthy mind is really the starting point to achieving a healthy or long-lasting body.
“If somebody told me that I live a year longer by eating nothing but broccoli and asparagus from now on…every day will seem like as long. I’ll stick with the Cheetos and the Coke.” – Warren Buffethttp://www.futureofcapitalism.com/2010/03/warren-buffett-on-cnbc
So, what’s my prescription?
Well, “everything in moderation” used to be pretty solid advice, but these outliers seem to throw that out the window.
Maybe Buffett, Overton, and others are exceptions to the rule, and we shouldn’t use them as prime health examples.
But I suppose what can be learned from them is to keep it simple and stress-free. It appears stress is the factor that ages you the fastest, as we can remember the pictures of Bush Jr. and Obama before and after their 8 years in office, and it looks more like they served 20.
Should we just focus on meeting all of our needs?
This is just one example for it, but truthfully you could be even simpler: Whatever you need to do to be stress-free is the most important thing.
If you are sick, then by all means help your body to recover and be strong enough to be able to enjoy the sweet foods you would like to have by focusing on health and immunity supporting foods while your body repairs.
I have Candida overgrowth, so I’m going on a strict diet for a while to help clear that up and repair my gut lining, but who knows what will happen after that?
Even though sticking to a strict diet may feel like an everyday battle sometimes, it might just be exactly what my body needs until I get the bigger stresses from my life handled first.
Being debt-free with a healthy savings account and free time to work on my hobbies would be an excellent outlook on life for me.
It’s about waking up every day only looking forward, as nothing else is holding you back in life anymore. You’ve met all your major responsibilities, so just relax on your porch, or keep going to work stress-free and create. The happiness in your heart and the sereneness of your mind will keep the rest of your body at ease despite what you put into it.
Or maybe you don’t have to reach anywhere in life, but actually start taking things away, as minimalists often do. Reducing your life down to just the bare essentials is an easy way to feel like you already have enough in life to live with fewer distractions and desires. If you’re not chasing that new thing, you can finally sit still and let life come to you.
Do whatever you need to do to simplify your life. Take care of the mind first, then wonder about your stomach.

In other posts I have explained that often times we take actions based on our genes and biology (food and sex) and rationalize them later as if they were our own decisions. It’s possible that we do the very same with the concept of Life.
In fact, some define consciousness itself as a rationalization; our own arbitrary reasoning for what and why we are.
By why must there be a reason or purpose behind Life? Why can’t Life just be the thing appreciated within itself?
If we don’t honor existence for existence’s sake, then we are forced to observe Life for some fundamental truth, but the only obvious outcome for all Life is its eventual death.
And we don’t want to do that.
We don’t want to have to unanimously agree that we only live just to die (even though it’s true.)
So, let’s slow down for a bit.
I began my descent to this conclusion after contemplating the choice for having children.
All groups conceive because of their genetic imperative; Like any other animal, it is natural for the human race to persist.
But to what end? I ask. What are we multiplying for?
If the human race survives, until the end of time, what purpose would we have performed?
So we achieve World Peace, go to Mars, conquer the solar system, explore the galaxy, then all galaxies, and come face to face to watch the boundary of the universe expand in real-time.
But the only thing that actually happened was we simply increased our knowledge about our own reality. Nothing more.
When we reach the ends of the universe, God is not going to open the door from a room like The Truman Show and say “Congrats! You finally made it!“, and invite us in to a new dimension.
And even if that does happen, it’s the same process all over again.
Inherently, Life is just something to do while we are here.
The highest level answers I’ve heard regarding the question on the meaning of Life were:
(From the spiritual perspective):
God created us and the universe to know more about itself.
(From the mundane perspective):
There is no meaning to life, but we create meaning on our own.
Great, so if we create our own meaning, that confirms that Life and Reality are so inherently meaningless that we are forced to define it.
So here’s my contribution: How about Life, and Reality, simply just is.
I’ll break it down for you.
Often times we assume Life and Death are duality counterparts: When you become alive, that’s the start of your existence, and when you die, that’s the end of it.
But death doesn’t erase the fact that you existed. Even in the past, before you were born, we could say you exist because you will be born in the future, and in the future you still existed because you were born and died in the past.
Therefore, Life and Death simply operate on the spectrum of existence.
So then what is the dual nature of existence?
There is existence, so there must be non-existence.
A concept and a dimension of something much greater than death, which is just the end of an existence. No, this is a reality where absolutely nothing exists at all. This is non-reality.
If we choose to accept this assumption as true, then the nature of reality and the meaning of life is solved:
We live to eventually die, but we exist to off-set the reality where we don’t exist at all.
Philosophy will never become a science. No higher purpose has to be attributed to our lives anymore. There is absolutely nothing to be accomplished in this reality, because existence itself is the thing-in-itself.
It is not “I think, therefore I am.”, but simply “I am.” and “You are.”
There are schools of thought that believe “All is Mind”, but this is solipsism.
Even when I was first presented this I suspected that there must be things that exist outside the mind. For instance, all the things that you do not know.
So if the “All” had to be anything, it would be the “One”.
The One thing that unites us all within what we all exist from; existence itself, only because it is diametrically opposed to absolutely nothing at all.

This isn’t my first time around the block. I first started Keto around May of last year, but have struggled through that entire time to reach past 30 days. But this time, I truly reached the paradigm shift.
It was during a meditation session two weeks on the night of my my latest binge session, where I gathered up all my favorite foods and ate to excess. That night revealed to me that I always seem to enjoy the relapse/reset process.
It would always give me a chip on my shoulder, regenerating the motivational drives to rebuild and pick the pieces back up all over again. And since I truly over do it and exhaust my senses during these binge rituals, I truly do not desire to break my diet for the next few days.
But there was something deeper going on, and so I asked myself:
“Why do I always feel better after I make myself feel worse?”
I still don’t have the answer to that, but I’m completely satisfied with not knowing, because what I do know is what junk food tastes like, and how much I “enjoy” it.
What I don’t know, however, is how my life and my character will develop if I continue with my disciplined diet.
The paradigm shift is realizing this experience is a constant self-learning exercise, because not much can be learned of one’s self when they just revert back to outdated and destructive habits.
Moving on to the detailed health update…
Blood Levels: Ketones are 4.1 mmol/L – Blood sugar is 72 mg/DL
Weight: I have lost 12 lbs since I started this routine. 150 to 138.
Why the Keto Diet?
The Keto diet itself is a red pill once you find out that dietary fat has been slandered for decades and carbs are a very cheap form of fuel. It is the “primary source” of fuel only because it is the easiest to burn first as it is the least nutrient dense.
Carbs are like burning paper, but running on fat is like nice oak-y firewood.
For that reason, I have transitioned into OMAD fasting because over time it felt like a chore to reach the 200g+ of fat threshold as I was approaching keto-adaptation and could feel full for hours.
Secondly, I researched the benefits of intermittent fasting, and as I am also practicing a minimalist lifestyle, being encouraged that I could do more with less was enough to get me to try it. Not to mention all the time and money I would save only cooking one meal for the day. The money part is really important though *cough cough*.
Macro-nutrients and calories: Average ~1300 calories a day, 100g of Fat, 20g Net Carbs, and 40-50g Protein a day.
As for what I eat precisely, my diet is even further restricted as I have Candida overgrowth. Candida is a fungus that dwells within the gut and can take many intrusive forms if allowed to grow unchecked. Yeast infections, Oral Thrush, and permeation of the gut lining are possible side effects of overgrowth, along with many other inconveniences.
It is a sophisticated fungus that thrives on sugars, yeasts, and starches. Poor diet or use of antibiotics can encourage Candida over the other strains of healthy bacteria in your gut biome.
8oz. Room temperature water with 1/2 Lemon or lime juice with some added sea salt.
Supplements: 1000mg NAC, 250mg 10-Undecenoic acid, and 1950mcg of Iodine (not necessary, I just have a surplus from past purchases).
After an hour or two of continued hydration, I will exercise, followed by a cold shower and usually a half hour meditation session.
Fasting encourages increases in Human Growth Hormone levels, so I try to milk this post-workout period for 1-2 hours to soak these up for my muscles.
I take 10 oz. of cold water with Athletic Greens super-food blend, because like Tim Ferriss has said about the product; “it is my all-in-one nutritional insurance”. It’s about 50 calories so it should break your fast, and I wait at least 30 mins to an hour before consuming anything else.
I prepare my one meal of the day.
Carbs: Only fruit I eat is Avocado and for veggies right now it’s just steamed Kale and Aragula.
I have cut out high FODMAP foods (I used to love Broccoli, Asparagus, and Cauliflower) as they are harder to digest and may ferment in the time they remain. I also removed Spinach because of its dramatically high oxalate content.
Protein: I choose one and rotate each day between three pasture raised eggs, half a can of salmon, a Grass-fed ground beef burger, or two organic chicken drumsticks (eat the bones for that marrow brah).
Fats: Grass Fed Kerrygold Butter (around 3 to 4 slabs).
I scoop a whole avocado into a bowl, throw on a serving of Hemp Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, and Coconut flakes, and throw on my steamed veggies in there, salt them, and mash it all up.
I cook with Coconut Oil or Ghee but would like to avoid extra saturated fat in the future and just stick with olive oil only. I also have duck fat and beef tallow.
Seasons and Spices:
Sea Salt (Himalayan, but I hear Celtic is best). Ground black pepper. Rosemary. Thyme. Turmeric. Cinnamon. Oregano. Some say Garlic and Onion are good for Candida, but I am playing it safe for now.
Supplements: 400mg of Magnesium (Glycinate is best if you don’t have constipation issues, use Citrate if so).
I don’t drink water during meals, and up to an hour after, as I’ve heard it can dilute the acids for digestion.
I usually go on a relaxing 30 minute walk after a meal to aid my digestion, (carb eaters should do this to lower their blood sugar).
After an hour post-meal I re-hydrate, brush with a natural toothpaste, and then floss.
After two hours I take another dose of NAC (always take either 30-mins pre-meal or 2 hours post to avoid conflict with protein absorption of food) and Undecenoic acid.
Absolutely no caffeine ever, as it blocks the absorption of iron if consumed during meals, can disturb the gut on an empty stomach, and it could keep me up at night if consumed later.
Oil-pulling with coconut oil for 10-20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Sleep.
As mentioned earlier, I lost 12 pounds very easily with this method.
I started the routine with a hard-reset fast with only consuming an Athletic Greens drink the entire day, to clear my glycogen stores. Very sedentary for two days.
Building up to the habit is probably best, but if going cold turkey, I recommend you separate some time to acclimate before incorporating work outs. Don’t pass out! I only perform light home workouts at this time.
My digestion has been improving with minimal gas, reduced constipation and improved stool quality.
Very difficult to sleep for the first few days but I’m knocking out much easier now, and with more vivid dreams.
Energy levels are moderate, but seem to be increasing incrementally. Less trouble getting up in the morning.
Candida Die-off symptoms have begun to surface, which include an itchy chest along with red spots, which also appear on my upper back. I am sure it’s die-off, but just in case, I am starting to up my NAC dosage to 2000mg in the morning, and will also rotate my high-histamine foods (Avocado, Cinnamon, Cayenne) just to be safe.
I also may reduce or rotate my vegetable consumption even further as they are store-bought and could be out of season. I should check out the Farmer’s market in the future.
It’s important to mention I could be eating a lot more foods but I only shop at Trader Joe’s, and not all of their selection is organic.
I apologize for not including sources for my information, but I don’t want to convince you of anything as health claims are always conflicted. I just want to share my experience. Do what feels right for you, and make sure you learn something new.
That’s it for me. I’ll be back at the 30-day mark. Stay healthy.

My Favorite Health Places
This isn’t my first time around the block. Before now, the longest streak I’ve ever had was 163 days.
But even though I’m less than a 1/5th of my highest streak, hitting this milestone seems different this time.
It’s as if the efforts of my previous streaks have compounded into a habitual memory and has allowed me to easily pick up where I left off, and maybe reach even higher levels of insight than before.
“A Saiyan gets stronger after every battle.” – Prince Vegeta
I suppose the greatest difference now is starting this streak after finally losing my virginity. Sex was still the goal for me during the previous streaks, with sexual transmutation a tool for reaching some personal confidence standards to finally pursue sex seriously.
No Fap and Sex Transmutation was just a means to an end.
But now that I’ve had sex, I’ve also been able to clearly see what kind of person I am before, during, and after engaging my sexual urges, whether it’s with a partner or with porn.
I think there is very little to be learned about yourself in the pursuit of sex. After all it is just a sensual pleasure.
The desire for sex is just an intelligent expression of our genes, with its ultimate goal to reproduce, and it is only our ego that rationalizes these pursuits for us in a communicable way that has us speak to ourselves about it in our minds to make it appear as if it’s something we truly want. As if it was the rational direction we should take.
After 30 days of No-Fap, I do not see the rationality of pursuing and completing sex in the traditional ways we currently accomplish it. I’ve even had to question eating food, another sensual pleasure that can explode into addiction.
Food just passes through you, in the same way sex passes through you. It’s just a biological drive. However, the difference is that food is more of a necessity than sex. Without food you may die. But you can survive just fine without ever orgasming. In fact, some philosophies believe that a man should preserve his semen as it is his life force.
Claiming that sex is a “need” as we do in conventional society is just rationalization.
My argument is not to abandon sex forever, but to simply curb it, to fast from it, only to recognize it has no true dominion over you.
Many of us take the Red Pill but we stop after knowing the horrific truths about the media, politicians, and every day women are manipulating us. So we go our own way. But what is the purpose of outdoing those that want to control us if we cannot control ourselves?
These men vow to never spend a dime on marriage, child support, and a date with a domestic woman, and turn around only to risk their lives in red light districts spending thousands of dollars at home and abroad.
How is it rational to determine that there is no future to be made with the modern woman, yet you’ll still engage with her, even if it’s for a one night lay?
“No matter if a woman is a sinner or a saint, when you lay with her you become her equal. So no matter what you feel about them, it’s also a reflection of yourself” – Anonymous
Think of the men who spend hours in the street and in clubs pursuing women, sometimes with less than a 5% success rate, rationalizing that “rejection builds character.”
No. You want to get laid, because your genes want to reproduce. All the time and resources your body uses to build semen just for it to end up in a latex bag. Or even worse, a tissue in your hand. Pathetic.
And you’ll go back and do it all over again, never questioning why the ride doesn’t stop.
Imagine the businesses and skills these men could acquire if only they knew they were slaves. You ended your slavery with the media, with corporate society, and with women, but you have not recognized the blind spot you hold for yourself.
What I want to achieve through No-Fap and MGTOW is Self-mastery.
Are you willing to take on the challenge to no longer being a slave to your own biology?

If you’re a lover of mathematics, it would be quite the romantic idea that the Paretto Principle, the idea that only 20% of a population attain 80% of the results, would also be present in the dating world, but this statistical phenomena is only present in environments with a neutral measuring unit that every member is equally vying for.
The Paretto Principle works for things like income, coding, and even crime, because the entire population within those categories are being measured for the same outcome.
For instance, money is neutral within itself and we all desire it somewhat equally. This provides an even playing field for the Paretto Principle to distribute itself.
However, this does not work in dating because attraction and attractiveness for the opposite sex, for both genders, is not neutral, so the desire and distribution can not be spread out so uniformly.
Most of the speculation on this theory falls flat because it’s viewed from the perspective of perceived “lower tier” men, without much consideration of what’s happening outside with the other members of the population.
Even if 80% of women are indeed chasing the top 20% of men, this does not mean that the top percent of men are juggling all 80% of those women.
First off, having that many women is bound to infringe on the law of diminishing returns. The most likely scenario is that a top-tier man has a decent rotation of women which most likely increases in quality but reduces in quantity over time.
Even if that’s not the case, if you are a top-percent guy, why would you associate with the bottom tier of women when you have access the cream of the crop?
To further our research, we would have to investigate the habits of these top-percent men to confirm. But fine, I’m a little bit more conservative myself, so I’ll be happy to concede that many other men can be complete thirst dogs. Onto the next point.

Believing in the 80/20 dating rule completely ignores beta-buxxing and monkey branching as well, as there are certainly men out there who are able to get sex via their ability to provide.
Now, the quality of that sex is a different story.
We could have a totally separate argument that out of all the men having sex, only 20% are having 80% of the best sex, but to just outright say that only 20% are having sex at all is a complete misuse of the principle.
At first you’re getting 100% with the girl, but then you move in or marry her, and after a while it’s only 20% of what it used to be, in quality and quantity. Meanwhile, on Girls’ Night, that’s where she meets Chad to make up for that 80% you’ve been missing.
But let’s continue with the premise that 80% of women are chasing that 20% of men. For the women who have a harder time gaining access to this select field, how long can she delay gratification?
“At best, they are looking to have their egos stroked by saying no to all the men who seem to be interested in them [especially through online dating] and then will have an anonymous sexual encounter with some random loser, when they have been too long without love, sex or intimacy. “– Nicoguy_Chad on goingyourownway forums.
This is why I still think game matters, because you could easily be that “random loser” who can score the woman with the social media inflated SMV when she realizes her dreams aren’t coming true.
However, I think there’s a little bit more variety and optimism to be had in life. Not every girl is online dating. Do you really not have any friends who are average guys and are able to score some dates?
Having a limited social life and only reaching out to other individuals with a similar predicament on the internet can really distort your view of reality.
Some girls also learn quite quickly that bad boys break hearts, and start looking for something safer. Others will have realistic expectations (or low self-esteem) that will clue them in of their pecking order and outside of contention for the 20%.
You can find a decent girl. Is it harder to find a good one nowadays? Probably. Is it worth the effort to get her and then keep her? Maybe not. But I think it’s 100% possible, and it’s your choice to make.
For us MGTOW men, we always weigh the options. And when things don’t add up, we go our own way.
See you on the Far Side. – Moon Base
